TiniText — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is processed when you use TiniText for transcription, speaker diarization, summaries, insights, action items, exports, and sharing.

1. What we process

• Audio files you upload for transcription.
• Transcript output, speaker labels, summaries, insights, and action items generated from your audio.
• Account and billing identifiers needed to run subscriptions.

2. What we do not use for ads

• We do not run in-product ads.
• We do not sell your transcript content.

3. Processing and retention

• Audio may be stored temporarily during processing and then removed.
• Completed transcripts may be retained in history only for plans that include history.
• Free or guest usage may have limited or no long-term history retention.

4. Sharing and collaboration

• If you enable sharing, transcript access follows the permission level you choose.
• Public links are accessible by anyone with the link while enabled.
• Invites may include email addresses and invitation status records.

5. Product analytics and diagnostics

• We collect product analytics events (for example page views, CTA clicks, and workflow events) to improve reliability and UX.
• UTM parameters may be stored for attribution reporting.
• Analytics never intentionally includes raw transcript/audio content.

6. Third-party processors

We may use cloud providers for:

• Speech-to-text and AI generation
• File/object storage
• Authentication
• Payment processing
• Product analytics

Each provider has its own privacy terms.

7. Security

• Access to data is restricted by authentication and authorization checks.
• We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is risk-free.

8. Children's privacy

TiniText is not intended for children under 13.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
