TiniText — Terms of Service

Last updated: January 5, 2026

By using TiniText you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) Service scope

  • TiniText provides audio transcription with optional speaker diarization.
  • The workspace may generate summaries, insights, and action items from transcript content.
  • Export and sharing features are included subject to your access level.

2) Plans, limits, and access

  • Usage limits depend on your plan and may include file, minute, or history limits.
  • Some features (such as saved history) may be paid-only.
  • We may require account verification for abuse prevention and reliability.
  • You may not bypass limits or automate abusive usage.

3) Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for content you upload and for legal rights to process that content.
  • You must not upload unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing material.
  • You must review AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

4) Data handling

  • We process audio and transcript data to provide the service.
  • Retention and processing practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

5) Sharing and permissions

  • You control sharing settings for transcripts you own.
  • You are responsible for who receives shared links or invites.
  • We may revoke access when required for safety, legal, or policy reasons.

6) Billing

  • Paid plans renew according to your billing cycle until cancelled.
  • Cancelling stops renewal and keeps access through the paid period.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refunds Policy.

7) Availability and changes

  • Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees.
  • Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

8) Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, TiniText is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
  • This includes loss of data, business interruption, or output errors.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use = acceptance.
