Policy
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase for accounts with limited usage.
Accounts with substantial transcription usage may not be eligible.
Abuse, fraud, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period.
How to request
Send a support request with your account email and purchase date.
We will confirm eligibility based on usage and process the refund if applicable.
Partial refunds
Upgrades/downgrades are prorated when possible; otherwise the new plan starts next cycle.
